1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a metal fabrication factory mainly manufacturing trailer chassis frame and OEM trailer accessories, and also a trading company supplying rubber mats for the Japanese market.
2. What is your sample policy?
We can supply the sample according to your paper. Generally, for the common type, the sample is free of charge while the FREIGHT COLLECT. The cost of the OEM sample will be refunded after the order is confirmed.
3. What is your term of payment?
T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
4. What is your term of delivery?
EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF.
5. How long is your delivery time?
Generally, it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock, or it is about 15-30 days. The specific delivery time depends on the
items and the quantity of your order.
